Aurelia Smile is a free service that helps you find a cosmetic dentist. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you ask to be matched, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a free match, we collect only the contact information you choose to share: your name, email, an optional phone number, your city and state, your preferred language, and a general note about what you're interested in (for example, whitening or a consultation).
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, medical history, dental records, diagnoses, medications, or any sensitive health details. We only need enough to connect you with a cosmetic dentist who may be a good fit.
How we use it
We use your details to match you with cosmetic dentists in your area, including dentists who can help in your language. A participating dentist may contact you using the contact details you provided.
We may keep a record of your request so we can follow up and improve the service. We do not sell your information as a standalone product, and we never share medical details, because we don't collect them.
Your choices
Giving consent to be contacted is never required to read this site or to use the free guides. If you've asked to be matched and change your mind, you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the contact form.
You can also ask what information we hold about you and request that we delete it.
